OLMC Parishioners encouraged to attend Mass at St. Eugene Church due to no A/C*ATTENTION Queen of Peace Parish - Chicago @followers * Due to a delay in the delivery of a new A/C unit for Our Lady, Mother of the Church, we do not have air conditioning in the church at this time.We encourage you to attend Mass at St. Eugene Church on Foster Avenue, until such time that the system is replaced. Mass times at St. Eugene Church are:Saturday - 4:30 p.m.Sunday - 8:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.

Sock & Hygiene Drive August 17th-September 8thA Sock and Hygiene Drive for homeless veterans is August 17th through September 8th. Noah Sokolowski, from Boy Scout Troop 943 at St. Monica Academy and a junior at Ridgewood High School District 234, is working with VFW 8322 Armed Forces Post and seeking Eagle rank. Please bring donations to the gathering space.

Jacek Dada present an Eight-Part Bible Study by Ascension Press, “Follow Me: Meeting Jesus in the Gospel of John”. The sessions start on Thursday, September 10th in St. Eugene Church, and the cost is $40 (cash or check) for the workbook and streaming. Friendship Club December 20, 2026 TripThe Queen of Peace Parish - Chicago Friendship Club has a trip planned for December 20, 2026:The Friendship Club is going on an adventure on Sunday, December 20, 2026.
We will be traveling to Quentin Road Baptist Church in Lake Zurich as they present “The Real Story of Christmas,” a pageant that transports guests to Bethlehem for the very first Christmas. From lifelike scenes and immersive storytelling to a journey through the life of Jesus, this production brings the nativity to life in a powerful, unforgettable way—camel included! Cost of the trip is $72.00.
